Our story
Straight Answers, Fair Prices
At Thanh's Auto Services & Repair, we believe a trip to the mechanic should never feel like a guessing game. Every job starts with a real diagnosis, not a guess, and we walk you through exactly what your car needs before we touch a wrench.
Our customers come back because they trust us. If a repair turns out to be smaller than expected, like a loose battery terminal instead of a new alternator, we tell you the truth and charge accordingly.
From wheel bearings and brakes to radiators and electrical issues, our team has spent years earning a reputation across San Jose for honest, careful work.
- Same-day appointments when you need them
- Clear explanations before any work begins
- Fair pricing, even when the fix is simple
- Trusted by repeat customers for years
What customers say
“I recently had my right rear wheel bearing replaced at Thanhs Auto, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The service was excellent from start to finish—professional, friendly, and honest. What really stood out was how affordable the repair was compared to other quotes I received, without sacrificing quality at all. The team clearly knows what they're doing and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, the turnaround time was impressively quick. If you're looking for reliable, affordable, and efficient auto service, I highly recommend Thanhs Auto.”
“Thanh's is fair and honest. This is my 3rd visit to him. I just went by today thinking we needed a new alternator and all was needed was a tightened battery terminal clamp. And didn't charge me a dime.”
“Thanh is a honest mechanic and knows his stuff. His team pin pointed my radiator issue and managed to fix that and other issues around it.”
